Intralox, L.L.C. Europe has an opening for a Product Specialist for its ThermoDrive product line.  The qualified individual will be responsible for driving strategic sales, managing a select group of key accounts, and training sales representatives.

Intralox’ patented ThermoDrive product has been proven to reduce downtime, extend belt life, and improve sanitation.  This individual will service the EMEA market, and be ideally based out of the Netherlands.  This role will report to the Global Business Leader – ThermoDrive Product & Services

  • Drive strategy, focus sales of new products and services related to ThermoDrive.
  • Work within the proven Intralox team selling model to support the industry teams, account Teams and Regional customer needs.
  • Supports strategic sales at targeted key accounts (EU & OEM)
  • Effectively link Intralox technical advantages with commercial messages.
  • Identify and help develop innovative new applications and products (In collaboration with the industry teams, capture, own and drive EMEA new product needs)
  • Manages select account relationships with large ThermoDrive potential.
  • Leads ThermoDrive sales training for Account Managers across food segments (both in group and one-on-one settings)
  • Understand the Food Industry and markets into which Intralox sells ThermoDrive in order to identify and qualify best opportunities.
  • Share product updates and best practices within the assigned Industry team.
  • 5-7 years of proven sales experience and sales support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Additional languages are beneficial.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, hands-on, self-managed and independent
  • Good listening and questioning skills to understand needs and requirements.
  • Strategic thinker, results driven, persistence, comfortable to communicate from shopfloor to boardroom.
  • International) travel is required, estimated 50+%
  • Experience in conveyance systems and working with OEM/ Integrators are valuable.
