Job Description (General Summary)
Intralox, L.L.C. is seeking a Technical Support Specialist (TSG) to join our growing team in Latin America. Based in Indaiatuba, Brazil, as a technical resource, your role will be to connect with our customers to fortify and expand our partnerships by helping them to evaluate and provide recommendations to make the best use of Intralox products. With exceptional presentation skills and strong technical knowledge, you will play a role in educating our partners on Intralox products patented technology.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to Customer Service, Account Managers and Customers remotely by phone, written correspondence and/or via web-conferencing.
  • Make industry specific product recommendations.
  • Remote troubleshooting and correction of any problem. Installations or applications.
  • Technical evaluations of conveying systems.
  • Analyze conveyor design and make recommendations.
  • Run engineering analysis using proprietary software.
  • Provide technical training.
  • Utilize telephone sales and support skills to create interest and offer value-added products and services to customers.
  • Build and expand customer relationships and help ensure replacement and increased business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial.
  • Relevant experience in industrial sales/support or industrial equipment specification.
  • Ability to travel for training purposes, mostly predictable and scheduled.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to conceptualize and articulate mechanical concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A passion for learning and growth along with the willingness and ability to be self-managed and the acceptance of personal responsibility for results.
  • Computer proficiency with demonstrated experience in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), and CAD (2D and 3D).
  • Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
