Could you be Intralox's Technical Sales Specialist on the Packer to Palletizer (P2P) Team for Australia and New Zealand? 

As an important member of this Team, you will handle complex projects and implement strategies at customer accounts which include multi-national corporations across the APAC region. Together with our application engineers, you will optimize line layouts utilizing our patented Activated Roller Belt (ARB) equipment, along with our transportation and accumulation conveying technologies & solutions.
What will you be doing?
  • Develop and manage commercial relationships with new & existing packaging related contacts with key food industry customers
  • Support sales managers within our key food industry accounts, by presenting Intralox solutions and supporting service packages
  • Understand customer challenges and decision criteria for layout solutions in their packer to palletizing areas
  • Obtain input from the customer about their drivers for new back-end projects & qualify these opportunities
  • Develop layout concepts & budget proposals with the Intralox selling team to present to our customers. Make use of customized tools using Intralox templates in Demo3D simulations software and AutoCAD
  • Liaise between customer project team, system integrators and Intralox. Ensure Intralox solution specifications are correctly specified & implemented
  • Delivery technology and solution presentations & proposals to key contacts at specific customer accounts

Who are you?
  • Proven industrial sales experience with solid commercial skills
  • Competent in communicating at multiple levels (plant or corporate)
  • The ability to travel extensively is essential (up to 50%)
  • A positive person with a confident outlook along with an entrepreneurial, problem-solving personality
  • A passion for learning and personal growth along with the willingness and ability to be self-managed and the acceptance of personal responsibility for results
  • An interest and aptitude in technical industrial processes and conveyance
  • Proven record calling on plant and corporate level decision-makers
  • Excellent communicator and team player
  • Experience selling in the food industry
  • Ideally experienced in selling conveyor systems
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in engineering
  • Affinity with design software
  • Comfortable with working across time zones and regions
