Laitram, LLC, parent company of Intralox, is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing a proactive approach to attract and retain top talent for key positions for the Laitram family of companies

In direct partnership with hiring managers, the recruiter will work to establish recruitment strategies and assess needed talent to ensure alignment with achieving business objectives. The key to success will be the ability to develop a thorough understanding of the spaces in which we recruit and establish recruiting networks, relationships and innovative techniques to source and attract top candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full life cycle of the recruiting process for all open positions including but not limited to the following:
    • Work with hiring managers to best understand hiring needs and partner with them to create an effective strategy.
    • As needed partner in the development of job descriptions and position titles within Intralox’s framework.
    • Determine best and most effective avenues for sourcing candidates.
    • Conduct onsite and phone interviews
    • Provide strategic thought partnership to hiring managers throughout the candidate selection process advising on candidates skill sets and company fit
    • Manage candidate experience throughout the process
  • Manage multiple recruiting vendors as needed
  • Participate in intern recruiting efforts as needed with local universities
  • Participate in community programs as needed to build Intralox’s presence in the communities in which we serve
  • Stay current on industry trends and technology to help support Intralox’s continuous improvement philosophy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or other complementary field
  • 7+  years experience in recruiting
  • Experience with full life cycle recruiting process
  • Proven interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
  • Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills
  • Occasional overnight travel for recruiting events, training seminars or conferences
  • Knowledge of creative and innovative sourcing techniques
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and recruit for multiple positions to meet deadlines
