Responsibilities:

  • Conduct large scale data analysis and modeling to derive actionable insights and provide recommendations on metrics to be tracked.
  • Work with cross functional stakeholders (internal and external) to understand existing supply chain data and identify the ones to be tracked for driving business outcomes.
  • Create reports around supply chain performance (KPIs), dashboards and analyses to drive key business decisions.
  • Participates in cross-functional Oracle EBS optimization efforts with the end-in-mind of increasing transactional efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manages and executes the Oracle data and processes for Intralox’s contract manufacturing partners.
  • Forecasts and allocates monthly sheet metal demand to Intralox’s sheet metal vendors based on available capacity.
  • Ensures cost and price date in an Oracle organization is complete and accurate
  • Creates item level forecasts to manage inventory levels in Intralox’s Engineer-to-Order manufacturing lane; manages and updates based on demand; provides forecast to vendors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or other business field.
  • 2 years of supply chain experience is required.
  • Strong analytical skills, applicable to supply chain measurement and business process improvement.
  • Strong management and collaboration skills including planning, leadership and team building.
  • Ability to work with personnel at all levels of an organization.
  • Deep understanding of problem-solving techniques.
  • Must be able to maintain poise and focus under time constraint pressures and meet strict deadlines.
  • Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be a self-managed, hardworking team player.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of MRP and Inventory Control practices.
  • Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
