  • A highly organized, entrepreneurial, and process-driven professional, tasked with improving the Intralox Baltimore Supplier Base, in conjunction with the respective Sourcing Category Manager, to ensure suppliers continuously improve to meet Intralox’s growth (reports to the Sourcing Category Management Supervisor).
  • Plays a critical role in the execution of the Supply Chain department’s 2028 vision, specifically as it pertains to Supplier Related Processes.
  • Works to continuously improve processes on the production floor, as well as transactional by collaborating with multiple functions.
  • Process Analysis - Evaluates current organizational processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Data Collection and Analysis - Gathers and analyzes data, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to quantify process inefficiencies and track improvements over time.
  • Change Management - Facilitates change management efforts by communicating proposed improvements, obtaining buy-in from stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation.
  • Continuous Improvement - Leads or participates in continuous improvement projects, employing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or Total Quality Management to drive ongoing process enhancements.
  • Training and Documentation - Develops training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation to ensure that optimized processes are effectively adopted and maintained by teams. 

Position Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations/manufacturing management, or related discipline.
  • At least five (5) years of direct manufacturing process creation and proven experience in process improvement, business process reengineering, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or TQM.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, interpret and present data.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Change management expertise with the ability to lead and influence others.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical technical drawing packages.
  • Must be able to travel domestically 50% out of the year.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Familiarity with process automation and technology.
  • Certification in process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in Material Handling Industry.
  • Experience in a fabrication environment.
  • Experience using a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) System.
