The Technical Support Group (TSG) is an integral part of Intralox’s service and support customers. This team, based out of our EMEA region headquarters in Amsterdam, provides first-line technical support to the customer service department, field sales and Intralox customers.

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist for the Spiral Technology team.

What will you do?

  • Perform Spiral analysis
  • Provide support on Spiral strategic projects
  • Make industry specific product recommendations
  • Technical evaluations of conveying systems
  • Analyze Spiral conveyor design and make recommendations
  • Troubleshoot Spiral issues by phone or e-mail
  • Provide Spiral training for new hires (Customer Service, Sales, technical departments)
  • Participate in development and maintenance of Spiral related tools and documentation (such as calculators, template documents, drawings, etc.)

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical, manufacturing or industrial Engineering

  • Experience related to material handling, conveyor systems, or in technical customer Support is highly desirable

  • Proficient in using CAD software (AutoCAD, Solidworks)

  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills

  • Service minded; self-managed mentality with a sense of ownership

  • Advanced communication skills in English. Additional language skills are an advantage

  • Flexibility to travel to customer sites
