The Spiral Application Manager is responsible for selling our Spiral products and solutions. You will be an active team member supporting our dedicated industries and will report to the Spiral Platform Commercial Manager. You will be home office based, ideally in the United Kingdom, with travel expected to account for 50-60% of your time.

Responsibilities
  • Understand the industry commercial drivers for our Spiral products and solutions in order to identify, qualify and prioritize the best opportunities
  • Provide on-time support to enable industry teams to prequalify spiral opportunities
  • Identify and help develop innovative new applications and products
  • Effectively link Intralox technical advantages with commercial messages
  • Ownership of the Industry Team’s spiral strategy and business planning process
  • Commercial management of horizontal spiral OEM’s. Work with technical group

Profile

  • Technical college / university degree in industrial, mechanical and/or electrical engineering
  • Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales and engineering with preferably knowledge and experience within the food processing, packaging or material  handling industries
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Additional languages, specifically Nordic languages, are highly beneficial
  • Good listening and questioning skills to understand needs and requirements
  • Confident use of presentation tools and computer skills (i.e. order entry, data bases)
  • Energetic, open to change and hands-on mentality. Ability and willingness to travel.
