All responsibilities will be focused on the improvements and direction of the New Product Development (NPD) Group:

  • Knowledge Management 
    • Work with team members to capture and document processes
    • Collaborate with our Information Technology department to create a project dashboard that is the single source of truth for all information associated with a project which can include; tooling plans, part numbers, etc.
    • Communicate new processes to team members
    • Capture and disseminate lessons learned to appropriate parties
  • Process Improvement
    • Develop and communicate clear process flows of new product development
    • Standardize forms and required documents across teams and departments
  • Financials
    • Analyze department resources and develop presentations
    • Visibility of integrated priorities across departments, industries and teams
  • Special Projects
    • Company events showcasing new innovation.
    • Liaison between other departments (HR, IT, Marketing, Legal, Operations, Digital)
    • “People” initiatives promoting teamwork, celebration, cross-learning


  • Bachelor degree
  • 3-5 experience in project management
  • Excellent communicator and builds affinity quickly
  • High level of Excel skills in addition to the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability and desire to multi-task several projects/assignments with budgetary and time driven deadlines
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
  • Capable to work independently while being a motivated team player
  • Financial analysis skills
  • Understanding of processes improvement
