The qualified individual will be provide organizational and analytical support to North America Operations management enabling smoother execution of the team's critical success factors (CSFs) and making better informed decisions.  The role is heavy in ad-hoc analysis and exercises and requires someone who is a self-starter, is good at building relationships, and has superior organization, interpersonal and communication skills. The individual in this role will work closely on process improvement projects within the manufacturing group well as Accounting, HR, and Legal teams.  This position will report to the VP of operations


  • Manage key projects and initiatives that tie into the team’s CSFs
  • Actively manage projects by monitoring progress, coordinating cross team activities and proactively identifying and resolving potential resource or process conflicts.
  • Identifying project risk and develop plans for risk mitigation.
  • Identify process gaps that may occur in our growing platform, assess implications and work with various teams to implement change.
  • Ad-hoc analysis in support of business execution
  • Leading annual business planning sessions and other meetings
  • Serve as a liaison between departments within and outside the organization in problem solving exercises


  • B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years in the Project Management
  • Proficient with MS Project, Word and Excel
  • Effective communication (verbal and written) and relationship skills
  • A self-managed individual who is a team player
  • Biased towards action; proven history of making things happen
  • Good analytical skills; ability to frame and simplify complex issues
  • Ability to help define scope of a project.  Ability to work in a complex environment where scope and/or expected outcome isn’t always clear at project kickoff.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD would be a plus
  • Ability to recognize areas for improvement and collaborate with others in bringing them to resolution
