Intralox's Global Marketing team is seeking a high performing and experienced Social CRM Expert to lead the vision and growth of our Social CRM platform, JingDigital. The best candidate has pioneered impactful digital marketing strategist, has worked closely with vendors to execute their vision, is excited by technology, and can collaborate successfully with a global, cross-functional team to produce measurable results.

The position is based out of Shanghai China Office and reporting to Marketing Operations Manager in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. 
  • Develop the roadmap for growth within the Social CRM platform (JingDigital). 
  • Be the in-house technical expert on the JingDigital  system.
  • Stay closely connected to the WeCom platform owner to coordinate technology roadmaps. 
  • Work with our technical partner to plan system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and implement changes. 
  • Facilitate the stakeholder conversations and lead change management when system or process changes are required. 
  • Analyze data and optimize journeys, lead scoring models, and automations based on findings. 
  • Work closely with the US and Europe based Digital Marketing and Digital Experience teams to incorporate a WeChat strategy into the overall digital strategy for Intralox. 
  • Lead the effort to identify and work with a digital marketing partner that can support the execution of campaigns in China and provide strategic recommendations to expand Intralox's presence across the Chinese social media ecosystem. 
  • Support the Evens Manager on Livestreaming event set-up - automation of communications, post-event communication strategy and execution as needed. 
  • SCRM platform administration experience. 
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Digital strategy experience that includes customer journey orchestration and marketing automation. 
  • High comfort level executing a digital strategy within an SCRM platform (including Event Module set up and optimization).
  • Chinese and English Fluency.
  • Vendor management experience. 
  • Project management experience. 
  • Start-up mentality - you thrive role where you recommend and build the strategy rather than wait for guidance. 
Desired Experience:
  • JingDigital Administration
  • Event Module experience within a SCRM platform is a plus. 
  • WeCom experience.
  • Experience working with a global team.
