We are looking for someone to bring fresh thinking and shipping knowledge and experience to our Shipping Team in Amsterdam. The successful candidate will be a positive, energetic individual with sound knowledge of packaging and shipping and forklift driving. You have good knowledge of shipping in a fast pace environment with challenging targets.

We are also open to providing opportunities for students who can work in the Shipping department around their MBO Logistics studies.


  • Keep the assembly area clear of finished belts at all times 
  • Ensure all orders are packed into correct sized boxes and banded securely to pallets ensuring no damage occurs in transit 
  • Prepack accessories in date order, checking quantities, description of work order and work order instructions
  • Ensure all orders are staged for consolidation check
  • When completing an order, check systems for any changes to the order and ensure labels go on correct boxes
  • Process orders, while ensuring compliance with instructions and guidelines, to final ship off
  • Prepare shipping documentation and book EU shipments with carriers
  • Arrange labeled boxes for loading for transport
  • Compliance with Known Consignor process for Air shipments


  • Valid Dutch forklift license is preferable
  • English speaking
  • A prior working knowledge of Oracle shipping system and/or Kewill /Blujay would be beneficial
  • Relevant work experience in a logistics department
  • Self-managed, independent and proactive
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Willing to work outside regular hours, when required
