Intralox L.L.C., the world leader in conveyor equipment solutions utilizing modular plastic conveyor belts, has a position available for a Field Service Technician to provide conveyor belt splicing support, training, troubleshooting & resolve (warranty) issues in APAC. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, self-managed, flexible, service-oriented and possesses strong integrity and professionalism. Significant travel is required, mainly within Australia & New Zealand.


Main Job Responsibilities: 
  • Perform conveyor belt installation, repairs and health checks according to Intralox standards, ensuring optimal conveyor performance and longevity. 
  • Conduct in-house product testing, utilizing appropriate testing equipment and procedures. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, ensuring all equipment and tools are properly stored and maintained. 
  • Management of Tradeshow & demonstration equipment including Packing/unpacking of conveyors. 
  • Trouble shoot and provide on-site repairs or replacements as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives related to belt splicing and product testing. 
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, prioritizing safety in all aspects of work activities. 
Skills & Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training preferred. 
  • A minimum of one to two years of work experience 
  • Necessary license to perform services (Forklift etc.) 
  • Basic knowledge of MS-Office. CAD knowledge is a plus. 
  •  Exposure to conveyor belts & technologies is preferred. 
  • Practical and “hands-on”. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Must be able to travel internationally.
