The Services Organization is looking for a Service Development Manager to support the growth and scalability of services across industry teams and regions. This exciting role integrates strategic thinking, analytics, leadership, and execution and involves working closely with commercial and platform teams on the development, expansion, and continuous improvement of services. The role will report into the Services Strategy Manager and preferred location for this role is our Schiphol Operations in the Netherlands.

  • Serve as SERVICE+ Global Program Manager, helping to shape and drive the development and expansion this critical program across all three business units
  • Help shape and prioritize innovative digital initiatives that elevate the customer experience and improve service team productivity
  • Work with commercial teams to develop value propositions for services and integrating with commercial strategies.
  • Support the Services Team by driving and contributing to key continuous improvement projects.


  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years working experience leading analytical and strategic projects.
  • Program Management Experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and Analytical Tools.
