  • Manages execution of multiple multimillion-dollar projects through all stages of the project life cycle. 

  • Identifies all project risks, including risks related to supply chain, mechanical engineering design, electrical engineering design, manufacturing, inventory, etc.

  • Monitors and manages projects resources, schedules, and budgets.  

  • Develops and manages all facets of a Risk Management Plan. 

  • Communicates and reports project/program status, forecasts, metrics, requirements, and risks to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 

  • Coordinates and issues requisition requests for external labor and outsourced equipment. 

  • Directs and supports cross-functional project teams consisting of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, controls engineering, technology transfer (training and manuals), installation and commissioning. 

  • Promotes Intralox, Intralox Integration, Intralox Engineering and Project Management best practices, processes, procedures, and tools. 

  • Ensure adherence to customer’s mechanical and electrical engineering specifications. 

  • Participates in engineering design reviews and regular meetings. 

  • Uses MS Office Project, Word and Excel and AutoCAD to accomplish job responsibilities.  

  • Champions and ensures company culture is implemented and adhered to within their teams.  

  • Acts as primary customer contact for status, schedule, compliance, and performance. 

  • Attends training or self-trains to continuously improve skill-sets 

  • Ensures a positive customer experience. 

  • A significant amount of travel is required (30-50%) with some project work taking place on holidays and weekends to meet customer scheduling requirements. 


  • B.S. or B.A. in related field from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.  

  • Minimum of 7 years of Project Management experience or related technical experience. 

  • Previous experience with commonly used project management and supervision concepts, practices, and procedures.  

  • Proficient at working from electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.  

  • Proficient with MS Project, MS Office Suite and AutoCAD. 

  • Effective communication (verbal and written).

  • Ability to build strong relationships with engineering groups, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.  

  • Must be detailed oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

  • Must be a self-managed individual who is a team player.  

  • Able to travel extensively (30-50%), work weekends, holidays and overtime when required.  

  • Must have ability to lift 70 pounds and climb ladders.   


  • Experience with Oracle. 

  • PMP Certification. 

  • Previous project experience with managing conveyance and sortation systems through all stages of the project lifecycle.
