We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to be a key member of our food selling industry team. As the lead technical resource, your role will be to pro-actively connect with our customers to fortify and expand our partnerships by highlighting our transformative technology and showcasing the value it creates.  With exceptional presentation skills and strong technical knowledge, you will play a pivotal role in educating our partners on the unique offerings of Intralox’s patented technology. 


  • Spending time with strategic customers while uncovering opportunities and helping them with their conveyance needs.
  • Developing strong relationships with customers through timely, regular visits.
  • Mastering, implementing, and developing presentations about product, services and application knowledge utilizing software such as but not limited to Solidworks, AutoCAD, MS PowerPoint, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.
  • Providing proactive technical consultation to customers through risk evaluations and design reviews of construction and retrofit projects
  • Ensuring all aspects of a project are properly conveyed to and understood by assigned Engineering resources.
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships.


  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5+ years technical sales experience with an emphasis on value selling, 10 years preferred
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%; mostly predictable and scheduled.
  • Excellent presentation skills with experience in delivering key messages
  • Experience in the food industry is preferred.
