For their EMEA division, Intralox is looking for a committed recruiting professional to partner with our leadership and People and Culture Teams to find and attract the best talent for one of the world's most innovative and value-driven companies. For this role, the Recruiter will jump in and immediately source, vet, and close jobs with great candidates. Our brand is critical for us, so we do our best in providing a positive candidate experience from initial introductions through the onboarding process.

What will you do?

  • Work directly with hiring managers to understand their business, develop recruitment strategies, attract top-quality candidates, coordinate and manage the interview process, drive offer/negotiation, and solidify start date and onboarding processes.
  • Build and maintain a network of candidates through managing internal and external relationships with stakeholders and vendors
  • Proactively source and hunt talented candidates to fill job vacancies within an appropriate and consistent timeline
  • Understand company market positioning, branding, and business philosophy to develop a compelling sales pitch to generate candidate interest
  • Continuously improve our tools, strategy, and candidate experience by testing and evaluating sourcing channels and events and developing creative approaches to reach the best-fit candidates
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records pertaining to recruitment activity and provide regular recruitment status reports.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and HR resources to develop compelling media (print materials, online presence, social media, etc.) that convey our brand to current and future employees. 
  • Keep up to date with news and trends in the recruitment world and introduce methods that will continuously innovate Intralox’s recruitment processes

Who are you?

  • 5 + yrs. experience in all aspects of recruitment 
  • Passion for recruitment; ability to drive change and feel joy in teamwork in a strong people and culture business environment.
  • Bachelor degree educated in a commercial/business field
  • Credible, inspires trust and relates well to people of varying roles and levels.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills and habits. 
  • Confident, resilient, takes initiative with proven ability to collaborate
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Dutch
