Job Description (General Summary)
In this role you will be providing reception and ad-hoc office administration support to Shanghai Asia Pacific Headquarters, as well as some support to employees located in other Asia Pacific countries. 
Job Responsibilities and Requirements


Main tasks and responsibilities:

Phone call, mail in and out(domestic and international);
Keep meeting rooms in order and help with seasoning office decoration/regular canteen decoration refreshment;
Customer/candidate welcome (lead to meeting room, serve drink);
Phonebook update;
Activities & Events support;
Help with deliveries in and out (domestic and international) e.g. medical claim collection and sending;
Travel arrangement (tickets, hotel etc. );
Lunch orders, office fruit orders, restaurants reservations;
China mobile contact;
Access control
Documents scanning;
Ad hoc support for teams, departments and site-service function.

Your Profile:

1-2 years working experience in an administrative/support function, preferably with a multinational company;
Native Mandarin Chinese and fair to good English, comfortable to communicate with non-Chinese speakers;
Good Microsoft office skills (word, excel, PowerPoint);
Service-minded, flexible, cheerful, willing to help others;
Willing to do multiple tasks, flexible;
Resourceful, self-motivated and self-managed.

The position is based in the Asia Pacific Headquarters (Shanghai Office) and reports into the China HR Operations Manager
