Intralox, LLC is seeking to hire a Quality Supervisor to manage and develop the Quality performance of our Supply Chain partners. This position is responsible for planning and leading quality and continuous improvement activities with our Supply Chain partners.  The qualified candidate will lead a small team of Quality personnel and report to the Global Quality Assurance Manager.

  • Leading by example, coach the Supply Chain Quality Technical team, develop skills in the team for future growth and opportunities

  • Develop and maintain a high-performing team that demonstrates the best qualities of communication, cooperation, critical thinking, project management, quality systems, and improvement techniques.

  • Collaborate with other Quality Assurance leaders to define the goals and responsibilities for the Intralox Quality Assurance team

  • Responsible for monitoring the performance of the supply chain quality team and evaluating employees’ performance, while coaching to promote individual improvement.

Supplier Development

  • Drive Production Part Approval Process qualifications with all part and material suppliers.

  • Support investigation of supplier quality problems and coordinate implementation of effective and timely resolutions

  • Provide oversight for the development and maintenance of quality drawings, specifications, control plans for our Supply Chain partners

  • Identify and drive inventive continuous improvement opportunities with suppliers to seek mutual benefit and develop partnerships.

Reporting / Metrics

  • Monitor supplier performance and report results.

  • Be a leader in data-driven decision making.


  • Must have a Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of experience in quality, industrial, or manufacturing engineering or related experience

  • Possess strong knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, production control methods, best practices in quality assurance

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Must have a positive attitude and be highly motivated, self-confident and self-managed

  • Must be a team player and have the ability to effectively communicate with individuals and groups at all organizational levels

  • Must be extremely organized, detail oriented with a high attention to accuracy and details and can handle multiple tasks

  • Have the ability to work with all departments to ensure effective teamwork, to maintain proper equipment, and motivate personnel to assist in the effective and efficient operation of the system

  • Ability to use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish the goals of the plant and corporation

  • Experience with a wide variety of inspection methods and equipment, as well as an understanding of the strengths and limitations of each

  • Possess a quantitative understanding of measurement precision, accuracy, and uncertainty and the ability to optimize measurement effectiveness

  • Skilled in the analysis and presentation of data, including basic statistics, process capability analysis, gage R&R’s, etc.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering

  • Previous experience in the plastic injection molding industry, Assembly operations or Supply Chain

  • Current American Society for Quality Certification, or background to obtain certification

  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt

  • Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility
