Intralox, L.L.C. Quality Department has an opening for a Quality Inspector in our assembly operations facility. This position will be scheduled as 12 hour rotational shifts (7am - 7pm).   Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed.

  • Performs required Quality measurements, inspections & audits.
  • Leads the Documentation of Non-Conformances and ensures containment of product.
  • Supports Quality investigations. Provides accurate, timely data collection.
  • Proficiency in interpreting quality control drawings, quality specifications.
  • Assists the Quality Team with investigations and data collection.
  • Elevates QC drawing/matrix errors and omissions to Quality Technicians for investigation.
  • Supports audits and Continuous Improvement efforts.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a self-managed team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Work 12 hour rotating shifts, including  every other weekend.

Desired Qualifications:

  • ASQ certifications.
  • Previous quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in using precision quality tools.
  • Good visual acuity.
