Intralox, L.L.C. Quality Department has an opening for a Quality Assurance Engineer in our New Orleans OR Grand Rapids ThermoDrive facility. This position will be scheduled Monday through Friday.  Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed.

  • Leads and supports critical success factors and continuous improvement efforts
  • Provides oversight of root cause and corrective action program
  • Monitors trends from key metrics and drives improvement using quality tools and systems
  • Provides oversight of technical audit program
  • Coordinates and supports the setting and updating of product specifications
  • Manages and improves documentation of processes and procedures
  • Provides oversight of implementation and maintenance of the quality training program
  • Researches and champions the implementation of new quality technologies
  • Evaluates opportunities for improvements for the current Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Maintains oversight of data analysis


  • Undergraduate degree in engineering from an ABET accredited institution
  • 3-5 years work experience in a manufacturing quality environment or plastics injection molding
  • Professional quality certifications (ASQ, QAI, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (outlook, word, excel, powerpoint)
  • Knowledge in InfinityQS ProFicient data entry and project creation/management
  • Skill in reading drawings with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
  • Ability to travel (up to 50%)

Desired Qualifications
  • Professional quality certifications (ASQ, QAI, Green (or greater) Belt
  • Experience with Oracle ERP Software
