Intralox, L.L.C. Quality Department has an opening for a Quality Assurance Engineer in our facility. This position will be scheduled Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and supports critical success factors and continuous improvement efforts
  • Provides oversight of root cause and corrective action program
  • Monitors trends from key metrics and drives improvement using quality tools and systems
  • Provides oversight of technical audit program
  • Coordinates and supports the setting and updating of product specifications
  • Manages and improves documentation of processes and procedures
  • Provides oversight of implementation and maintenance of the quality training program
  • Researches and champions the implementation of new quality technologies
  • Evaluates opportunities for improvements for the current Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Maintains oversight of data analysis
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in engineering 
  • Work experience in a manufacturing quality environment or plastics injection molding
  • Professional quality certifications (ASQ, QAI, etc.)
  • Proficiency in advanced computer software
