Intralox, L.L.C., a division of Laitram, L.L.C., and a global provider of conveyance solutions and services has an opening for a ThermoDrive Quality Assurance Technician to work on the day shift (10am to 10pm M-Th). This position will be based at the Intralox ThermoDrive manufacturing facility in Twinsburg, OH and will report to the ThermoDrive Manufacturing Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately and consistently measures belting and accessories throughout the manufacturing process
- Ability to read and interpret prints and material specifications.
- Ensures quality assurance sampling plans are followed.
- Able to recognize extrusion defects.
- Able to monitor manufacturing methods for opportunities to reduce the percentage of defective material produced.
- Makes consistent and principle-based decisions on inspection data and quality standards.
- Effectively communicates all relevant quality information through email, graphics, and personal interfaces.
- Supports quality projects as dictated by the manufacturing business plan.
- Passion for learning and growth with a demonstrated record of self-management.
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Works well as a team player; cooperates with others.
- Work experience in a manufacturing quality environment.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.

- Assist ThermoDrive group in other capacities as needed.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Work experience in a manufacturing quality environment. Prior fabrication experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess strong attention to detail
- Proven organizational skills essential
- Proficiency in standard software packages (MS Office, Excel, etc.)
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing accordingly
- Must be able to perform the essential job requirements identified in the Functional Job Description for this position, including the ability to lift 50 pounds.
Desired Qualifications:
- ASQ certification a plus.
