Intralox LLC, a leader in conveyance technology, is looking for someone to work on Special Projects for our Equipment business line.

We are seeking a project manager to organize and lead a myriad of special projects for our business to help improve profitability and operations.  These projects will touch a wide swath of our internal operations – including supply chain, manufacturing, service, pricing, knowledge management and more – and will be excellent exposure to all facets of the business.

This individual should be a self-starter and possess superior organization, interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate has experience in process improvement projects and change management.

This will report to the global equipment platform manager and should be based in either New Orleans, LA or Baltimore, MD.


Manage key projects and initiatives

  • Develop project plans
  • Actively manage projects
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential resource or process conflicts
  • Communicate plans across teams
  • Identifying project risk and develop plans for risk mitigation.
  • Build relationships with user groups; understand their functions, needs and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement plans for training and change management

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or similar field

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects & SharePoint 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Biased towards action; proven track record of taking initiative to solve problems

  • Ability to help define scope of a project; can work in a complex environment where scope isn’t always clear at project kickoff.

  • Clear communicator (verbal & written)

  • Team player; can work across departments and regions

  • Ability to recognize areas for improvement and collaborate with others in bringing them to resolution

  • Experience in creating and improving processes; Experience in change management a plus

  • Inquisitive; a learning mindset

  • Facilitation skills are a plus
