Intralox, LLC has an opening for a full-time Project manager on the Global Equipment Standardization team (GEST). The candidate will work with multidisciplinary product development teams, managing projects to get new technology to the market.
The position can be based out of Amsterdam or Wehl.

What will you do?
  • Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope and schedule
  • Communicate and interface with management, team members, and internal customers on project status

Who are you?
  • Demonstrated project management skills including: organization, problem-solving, prioritizing, communication, documentation, leadership, motivational and cooperative team management, with critical attention to detail
  • Excellent relationship skills with team members, internal customers, other internal resources (including management and engineers)
  • Technical aptitude – ability to research, understand, and communicate concepts associated with a given technology. Aptitude to read Technical drawings. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy, at a level appropriate for a project manager, in software essential to job performance (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
  • Demonstrated ability to understand project requirements, identify and allocate resources with the expertise to meet them, and coordinate resources to reach a successful outcome
  • Bachelor of Science with preference for engineering or related field of study. 2+ years project management working experience. 
  • Strong team player, self-managed and proactive with a demonstrated sense of ownership
