Responsibilities

  • Review customer specifications, application requirements and design criteria
  • Review/Develop project scope, cost estimates and proposals
  • Review design concepts
  • Successfully execute projects while maintaining project scope, schedule and budget
  • Coordinate equipment orders from order acceptance, acknowledgment and entry through manufacturing and shipment  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, including project managers, mechanical engineers, electrical and controls engineers, field technicians, etc. to ensure successful overall execution of integrated product
  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-organizational operations teams to plan and coordinate equipment manufacturing for Integration projects
  • Communicates and reports project status, forecasts, metrics, requirements, risks, etc. to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Develop and implement standard tools and processes to optimize project efficiency and profitability
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources ensuring customer requirements and scope are met
  • Communicate demand and forecast with suppliers
  • Provide internal pre and post-sale technical support related to integrated products
  • Champions and models company culture and principles
  • Attends training or self-trains to continuously improve skill sets
  • Identifying project risk and develop plans for risk mitigation

Requirements

  • 2-4 years Project Coordination experience
  • Ability to write technical documents e.g. proposals, manuals, installation guidelines.
  • Computer systems knowledge/skills, including CAD, MS Office, ERP (e.g. Oracle), PM (e.g. MS Projects).
  • High level of mechanical aptitude and ability to articulate mechanical concepts
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be detailed oriented and organized
  • Must be a self-managed individual who is a team player

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer facing environment.
  • Material handling equipment and systems experience
  • Base knowledge of conveyor systems and controls (PLC’s, photo eye, encoders, communication network)
