  • Develop digital marketing plan annually.

  • Collaborate with Marketing Production team to support promotional campaign efforts through the development of digital strategies.  Identify digital campaign goals, track conversion rates and other results, and analyze metrics.

  • Provide digital expertise to Marketing Communication Coordinators and develop projects that deliver compelling content to key markets via digital channels for focused marketing promotions (email, web, etc.); manage project execution.

  • Provide insights and recommendations through assessment of analytics for campaigns, emails, website, SEO/SEM programs, and social media efforts.

  • Implement, oversee, and evaluate split testing and other methods to maximize digital customer interactions.

  • In 2019, facilitate email marketing software migration, which includes managing. template updates, setting up existing campaigns, training team members, and updating the approach to producing email sends.

  • Maintain awareness and understanding of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, design, and user experience for emails, website elements, banner ads, and other digital deliverables.  Disseminate relevant information to team members and collaborate cross-team as needed. 

  • Has the aptitude and enthusiasm for understanding business objectives and translating them into digital marketing results

  • Is proactive and has a passion for continuous improvement

  • Communicates assertively and confidently with people at all levels of an organization  

  • Enjoys collaboration and managing multiple projects simultaneously


  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.)
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar position
  • Demonstrated competency in email marketing strategy, implementation, and analysis.  Past work should include implementation of email improvement programs, responsive emails, and A/B testing.  
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing automation
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
  • Experience managing social media efforts for a company or organization
  • General understanding of digital user experience and graphic design
  • Experience in international digital marketing is not required but makes you stand out among others
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficient knowledge in digital marketing software and tools such as, but not limited to: email marketing services, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google KeyWord Planner, GoogleTag Manager, and third-party ad server technology
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, and CSS
  • B2B marketing experience is a plus
