Intralox, LLC is currently seeking a Project Assistant for the New Product Development Department. This individual will be primarily responsible for supporting the project management team in Intralox’s product development process. This Project Assistant will work in our Baltimore Maryland office to support our new product development team in the creation of innovative, high-value solutions for challenging real-world problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Support New Product Development Projects in an administrative role including:
  • Assist Project Managers in successful execution of development projects
  • Manage sub projects and tasks with support of the Project Manager
  • Coordinate and track department purchases
  • Create and run reports related to cost, labor hours, and other items as needed
  • Manage multiple report and tracking tools
  • Coordinate large meetings and trainings
  • Process creation, documentation and improvement is a must

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or work equivalent
  • 2 + years of previous Admin or Project Support experience
  • Microsoft Office- proficient to expert level in Excel, Power Point, and Word required
  • Experience with Oracle or other ERP system is a plus
