Intralox, L.L.C., the world leader in conveyor equipment solutions utilizing modular plastic conveyor belts, has a position available for a Program Manager, for Integration, in the Maryland Operation. 

 

This position requires a significant amount of travel (up to 30%) with some project work taking place on holidays and weekends to meet customer scheduling requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Intralox’s, Intralox Integration’s and Program/Project Management best practices, processes, procedures and tools.
  • Collaborate with the cross-organizational teams to develop plans, objectives, and strategic goals
  • Maintain suitable engagement with all key stakeholders
  • Communicate program status, forecasts, metrics, requirements, risks, etc. to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Act as primary customer contact for program status, schedule, compliance and performance
  • Plan, manage and monitor successful execution of large scale programs consisting of several complex multimillion dollar projects while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Understand program risks at all levels, including supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, etc., to develop and manage the program’s Risk Management Plan
  • Direct and support cross-functional project teams to deliver a high quality and consistent product
  • Develop and manage resources and resource plans
  • Engage cross-organizational teams to ensure products and product families align with internal and external expectations of quality and performance

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years Project and/or Program management experience or equivalent work
  • 5+ years management/ supervisor experience or equivalent work
  • B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university or equivalent work
  • Experience working in cross functional teams
  • Proficient with MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD
  • Effective communication (verbal and written) and relationship skills with engineering groups, operations groups, customers, suppliers, and contractors
  • A self-managed individual who is a team player with leadership qualities
  • Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
  • Attends trainings or self-trains to continuously improve skillsets
  • Able to travel up to 30%, work weekends, holidays and overtime when required
  • Position based in Hanover, MD

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP Certification
  • Material Handling Industry Experience
