As part of the continued growth strategy, the push for better products and improved customer experience, Intralox LLC Europe is looking for a dedicated Production Support Coordinator to strengthen its equipment group. This is an office based role and you will work out of our Wehl (Gld) operations.
What will you do?
- Support Bill of Materials release process
- Review, prepare and maintain work orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Execute production planning:
o Sequence work orders
o Provide all necessary work order instructions and drawings
o Release work orders to production
- Create supplier forecasts
- Issue and coordinate purchase orders and internal orders with external and internal suppliers
- Actively participate in new product releases and continuous improvement efforts with an emphasis on operational efficiency opportunities
- Actively create and support an inspiring, positive, open and supportive work atmosphere
Who are you?
- Bachelors degree in a business or operations discipline or equivalent working experience
- English and Dutch language skills both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Professional manner and attitude.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills and attention to accuracy and detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Focus on continuous improvement
- Computer systems knowledge/skills, including ERP (e.g. Oracle), MS Office, PM (e.g. MS Projects)
- Must be able to work in a dynamic environment and under the pressure of deadlines
