This role will be involved in all facets of the production process and will work with multiple departments to ensure that all orders will be finished correctly, on-time, and to the required level of quality and at the required level of efficiency, work in the Intralox China assembly plant.

Main Responsibilities:

• Release accessory pick lists to the warehouse.

 向仓库发放配件提货清单

• Import intercompany orders which source from China.

创建需要从中国发货的公司内部的订单。

• Schedule work orders completely, accurately and in a timely manner to the assembly floor.

完整、准确、及时地将工作订单分配到装配车间。

• Coordinate with assembly and warehouse effectively if orders are changed or cancelled.

在订单发生变更或取消时，与装配和仓库部门进行协调。

• Review daily orders and pack the orders in Kewill Pack.

检查日常订单/出货计划，并录入系统。

• Support CS team with item stock status and correct lead time.

支持客户服务团队，提供物料库存状态和正确的交货时间。

• Investigate the feasibility of special items.

评估特殊加工产品的可行性。

• Assist assembly with pattern issues.

协助装配部门处理组装问题。

• Manage parts availability base on order requirement.

根据订单需求，计算需要的用料。

• Be able to do Partially Supported Belt Process.

o Create special part number

创建特殊零件号

包括但不限于：订单维护 、创建特殊零件编号。

• Follow up the Quality Alert from global quality team.

跟进全球质量团队的质量预警事宜。

Requirements:

• College degree or above.

• Native Mandarin Chinese and good English.

• Experience with Oracle is a plus.

• Detail-oriented, analytical, team player, communicator, and problem-solver.

• Self-managed and proactive.
