As part of the continued growth strategy, the push for better products and improved customer experience, Intralox LLC Europe is looking for a dedicated Production Assistant to strengthen its equipment group based in our Wehl operations.

What Will You Do?

  • Assist the production support team with time card audit and approval process
  • Validate and generate various reporting on employee hours worked
  • Assist the production support team with purchasing administration tasks and other ad-hoc administrative requests
  • Serve as the first point of contact for suppliers and contractors
  • Serve as a point of contact for ordering and monitoring of office supplies
  • Coordinate food orders for internal meetings

Who Are You?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch and ability to build relationships
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to fast-changing priorities
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Team-player with a positive attitude
  • Must be punctual and dependable
