  • Ensure standard operating practices are followed and conduct quality audits as needed.
  • Coach and develop up to 10 team members on productivity, quality, and safety performance opportunities.
  • Ensure strong communication and collaboration with team, leads and supervisors.
  • Point of contact for initial team concerns. Promote an environment of teamwork, cohesion and consistency.
  • Lead initial and on-going operational, safety, and equipment training for team members.
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support Field Installation Manager by providing input about individual and team performance.
  • Respond to routine requests and ability to handle escalated issues in a timely manner.
  • Administer and adhere to the attendance policy of the Department.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by following and enforcing all safety procedures and policies.
  • Work with upstream and downstream departments to properly coordinate and schedule work.
  • Maintain real time lists of kits coming through work cell.
  • Communicate any changes or updates with stakeholders and other departments as needed.
  • Perform pulling and stocking functions as needed.
  • Perform housekeeping duties in warehouse when necessary.


  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience with scheduling work and managing employee tasks.
  • At least 3 years of lead or supervisory experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to interact with internal personnel at all levels as well as external vendors and sales teams.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office software.
  • Experience in handling, prioritizing, and delegating multiple tasks in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Stable work history.
  • Ability to work overtime, flexible schedules, and weekends as required.
  • Ability to exhibit teamwork and self-management practices.
  • Ability to safely operate various lift equipment.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of this position as detailed in the functional job description, including the requirement to lift and carry 62 pounds.
  • Experience in operation of lift equipment.
  • Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug test.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in warehousing/receiving or inventory management.
  • Familiarity with Oracle operating system.
  • Experience with palletizing, shipping and truck loading of irregular materials.
  • Lift Equipment Certification.
  • Previous experience with employee development or training.
