As part of the continued growth strategy, the push for better products and improved customer experience, Intralox is looking for a Product CAD Support Specialist to join the Product Engineering team. This role will focus on maintaining and improving the product lines. You will report to the local Product Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Build in-depth understanding of the Intralox equipment portfolio
  • Continuously improve the quality of released products by performing maintenance on CAD files and implementing requested changes
  • Support the maintenance and creation of product related documentation
  • Provide input and ideas for product improvement to the Lead Product Engineers
  • Collaborate with the Quality Engineer to continuously improve the product development and maintenance processes
  • Collaborate with surrounding teams (Order Engineering, Supply Chain, Assembly, etc.)
Required Skills
  • High School degree or GED
  • Team player with exceptional communication skills
  • Highly proactive and flexible to change
  • Self-managed with a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong technical and analytical abilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Good communication skills in English
Preferred skills
  • Computer proficiency in 3D CAD and PDM/PLM workspace preferred
  • Associates or technical degree
