As a Product Analyst - Data Analytics at Intralox, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and revenue for our innovative conveyance solutions and services across Latin America. You will be instrumental in delivering key insights and analyses that guide strategic decisions shaping our market presence, operations, and overall business success. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, project leads, and engineers, to develop and implement effective business plans and initiatives.

Responsibilities:  
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans aimed at driving business growth and revenue in the Latin America region.
  • Identify and Pursue Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliances, aligning with our commitment to innovation.
  • Manage Partnerships and Collaborations: Oversee existing partnerships and collaborations to ensure successful outcomes and foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, providing critical insights to support business development strategies.
  • Communicate with C-Suite Executives: Effectively communicate strategies and outcomes to c-suite executives, demonstrating a deep understanding of business goals and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and initiatives that generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators: Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
 
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in data or product analytics
  • 5 or more years of commercial work experience with a proven track record of success in business development and strategy
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • You have experience working with a product from inception to GA
  • You are familiar with end-to-end data development, including data model design, quality review, deployment, and maintenance
  • You excel at telling data stories in a wide range of formats, including slides, charts, and dashboards (e.g. Tableau), and can coherently articulate the business impact of your insights product
  • Fluent in English and Spanish as Native. Portuguese is a plus
