People Partner Australia & New Zealand
The Intralox People & Culture Team has an exciting opportunity to work with our Australia & New Zealand teams to create an environment where talented and motived people thrive. In this role, you will have a direct impact on culture development at all levels of the organization ensuring that our Business Philosophy, shared values and principles are at the forefront of everything we do. This position is based in Melbourne, Australia, and reports to the APAC Head of People & Culture.
Responsibilities:
- Build trust and open communication across the organization
- Facilitate principle-based conversations grounded in the Laitram Business Philosophy and LCI Program
- Be a reliable “trust partner” to all employees and managers
- Engage regularly with employees on an individual and small group basis
- Oversee new hire onboarding and integration across all departments
- Deliver engaging training on core skills and practical application of LCI principles
- Facilitate team development initiatives that drive collaboration across teams
- Partner with managers and support performance improvement and talent development of their reports
- Participate as a thought partner in leadership discussions and commercial strategy meetings
- Be a key member of the Global Laitram Continuous Improvement (LCI) Team
Requirements:
- 10+ yrs. experience in people development field (HR, coaching, L&D, or people service sector)
- Bachelor's degree and above
- Inspires trust and relates well to people of varying roles and levels
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Creative, has a problem-solving mindset, and takes initiative
- Ability to translate abstract concepts into practical application
- Exceptional presentation, workshop facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Thrives in a diverse, international, and entrepreneurial environment.
