Organizational & Talent Development Leader

In this role, we are looking for someone who will drive understanding and execution of our continuous improvement philosophy, create and deliver learning and leadership programs, and serve as a trusted sounding board for employees and managers.

We are looking for principle-based thinkers who excel at discussing core values and their connection to success at work. As a member of our Maryland management team, this is a unique opportunity to help shape the behaviors, skills, and knowledge of employees and managers in a leading global organization.


  • Work with the management team to build a people strategy in line with our culture and business goals.
  • Act as a business partner and employee relations consultant to the management team in Maryland.
  • Design and deliver training, workshops and blended learning tools that enhance the skills and guide the behaviors of our people.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that advance productivity across the company.
  • Ensure effective people management practices that span the full employee lifecycle.
  • Provide coaching to employees from all levels of the Maryland organization.
  • Assist managers, trainers and colleagues to improve engagement and learning outcomes of their training and workshops.


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 10 years’ experience in a talent & people development role, including topics related to values, principles and soft skills.
  • Experience working closely with management level personnel
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and influencing skills
  • Able to translate abstract concepts into practical application
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Inspires trust and relates well to people of varying roles and levels
  • Confident, resilient and takes initiative
  • Strong planning and organizational skills and habits
  • Works well in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
