Mechanical Engineer
As part of the continued growth strategy, the push for better products and improved customer experience, Intralox is looking for a Product Engineer to join the Product Engineering Team. The Product Engineer is crucial in advancing and refining products by designing CAD models, developing specialized tools, and ensuring adherence to documentation and standards. They mainly work on their assigned products at the direction of the Lead Product Engineer. You will report to the local Product Engineering Manager.
- Support the ideation of new products by determining engineering specifications from customer requirements and validating proofs of concept using analytics and/or physicals tests.
- Develop new products by designing new and maintaining existing components, assemblies, and full systems using engineering best practices/standards and documenting the work.
- Streamline the order execution process by supporting the implementation of design automation strategies such as Design Configurator models, overcomplete CAD models, and user guides.
- Facilitate the function of surrounding teams by quickly and accurately responding to engineering support requests pertaining to assigned products.
- Continuously improve the team by documenting current processes and developing best practices.
- Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in equipment design
- Team player with exceptional communication skills
- Highly proactive and flexible to change
- Self-managed with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong technical and analytical abilities
- Computer proficiency in 3D CAD and PDM workspace
- Proficiency in English is essential.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans
Salary Range $66,000 to $168,600.
