Intralox is hiring an engineer based in The Netherlands with a background in Logistics and Material Handling (LMH) to design and manage the fabrication, implementation, testing and start-up of Intralox Material Handling conveyor equipment, deploying the rapidly proliferating range of solutions based on patented ARB technology.

What will you do?
  • Be part of a growing team specialized in turnkey material handling solutions for Intralox’s Logistic and Material handling division with a high focus in the warehouse and e-commerce postal & parcel industry. 
  • Be part of a team that works closely with customers to determine their needs and then designs, engineers, manufactures, assembles, installs, tests, commissions, trains, and supports conveyance and sortation solutions.
  • This position may require significant amount of travel (it could be more than 30% of the time) with some project work taking place on holidays and weekends to meet customer scheduling requirements.
  • Develop clear Bill of Material, 2D & 3D CAD block templates, entire layout with clear interface details and technical documentation packages for internal and external customers  


Who are you?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in preferably Industrial machine design or conveyor equipment design 
  • Proficient with 2D AutoCAD especially related to plant layouts, as well as Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks, or similar 3-D CAD software
  • Good project management skills and team-work mindset  
  • Practical and hands-on approach to problem solving. 
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill project requirements.  
  • Deep understanding of safety requirements and European regulations (i.e. CE) and willing to stay up-to-date on global machine design standards. 
  • Must have ability to lift 25kg and climb ladders. 
  • Proficient in English language – other languages would be a plus.
  • Willing to travel also outside of Europe if required
