Intralox, L.L.C. is seeking a Marketing Strategist for the global Baking and Snack industries.  This position is responsible for keeping Intralox in the spotlight by leading the strategy and execution of a wide range of global marketing initiatives that clearly communicate our key value propositions and influence decisions among key contacts at leading multinational food producers.

Marketing Strategist

In this role, we are looking for someone who excels at working collaboratively and across teams to efficiently and effectively deliver the story of our products and services through the strategic development of marketing campaigns for lead generation, lead nurturing and brand awareness for new and existing customers.  This role requires teamwork with our in-house Marketing Division to bring our products and services to life through coordinating marketing initiatives across a variety of channels to contribute to sales growth.

 Responsibilities:

  • Acquire a deep understanding of our target customers, industry value, applications and technologies, and competition through a variety of resources including plant visits and market research.
  • Lead the development of targeted, clearly messaged Marketing Communication campaigns that resonate with key accounts, markets or segments and are founded on Business Development Analyst-developed analytics, personas and data
  • Manage execution and deadlines for focus initiatives; capture and track results
  • Identify and share best practices across industry teams
  • Monitor Marketing Communications expenditures and advise on means to reduce costs or raise impact.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategy for global trade shows, including travel to trade shows as needed. Support lead conversion after the show as well as measuring the quantitative and qualitative results.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.)
  • Three to five years of marketing experience
  • Self-managed, self-motivated, proactive, problem solving mindset
  • Confident, positive, resilient and takes initiative
  • Superb written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Collaborative skills to integrate ideas / principles / multiple inputs of stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills. Project management skills a plus
  • Proficient in latest media and digital solutions
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel spreadsheet tools
  • Ability to travel up to 10% with some international travel
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
