Intralox is looking for a B2B Marketing Strategist who will lead the strategy and execution of a wide range of global marketing initiatives related to the promotion of our products and services to Large Global Accounts in our Industrial Business Unit. 

You are considered a highly experienced member within the Strategist team with a key specialization in Account Based Marketing (ABM) that the wider team, business and customers benefit from. You will  team up with our in-house Marketing Division to bring our products and services to life through coordinating marketing initiatives across a variety of channels to contribute to sales growth. 

The position can be based in the USA or Europe (Amsterdam as the desired location)

What will you do?
  • Manage the ABM strategy that meets the commercial teams' goals and objectives
  • Develop data and insight strategy to add key personas and contacts within accounts
  • Collaborate with the Digital and in-house Creative teams to recommend the best content marketing strategy 
  • Create and execute high impact launch marketing communication strategies for new products and services
  • Pioneer new thinking – Pro-active thinking and thought-leadership to stay ahead of trends, best practice, methodologies, channels, media and technologies, to help achieve goals
  • Work with the commercial team to define KPIs, determine measurements of success then report on ROI of tactical initiatives

Who are you?
  • Masters' degree qualification in a Marketing related field is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation, ABM, or field marketing role working with Large Global Accounts 
  • A natural problem solver with a business mindset and the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • An inquiring mind and an innate curiosity to find out and absorb information about unfamiliar topics, products, or markets to quickly become a subject matter expert.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse internal and external stakeholders, including senior decision makers within clients.
  • A confident and compelling presenter, able to communicate ideas, plans and recommendations at all levels.
