Intralox’s In-House Global Marketing Department is responsible for Intralox’s brand management and go-to-market activation strategy for direct and indirect marketing programs worldwide.  The Graphic Designer conceptualizes and creates visual design assets from concept through execution (i.e. illustration, design, photography, final art) while working with the Lead Graphic Designer and Creative Director in the planning, development and execution of inspired, effective communication through marketing and branding campaigns, digital projects, events and trade shows, and other marketing materials and projects that drive commercial sales. The Graphic Designer also works collaboratively with copywriters, Marketing Communications Specialists, UX designers, other Intralox designers, and commercial team members. The in-house designer will be responsible for the development of projects consistent with Intralox design quality standards.

  • Review creative briefs to understand project requirements

  • Conceptualize, produce and edit on-brand creative print and digital design assets for full-scale campaigns, brochures, fliers, newsletters, direct mail, promotional and trade show displays, and advertising for print and digital distribution

  • Create work that is impactful and relevant to the overall brand strategy

  • Create design templates based on corporate visual identity, as well as knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts

  • Play a key role in the design and production process, working with external vendors and internal partners such as photographers, printers, UX developers and more

  • Follow established brand design standards to drive consistency of messaging and enhance brand perception

  • Work independently and collaboratively both within and across departments to meet project goals and deadlines. Communicate regularly with project managers, Marketing team members, and leadership teams


  • Strong creative portfolio demonstrating examples applicable to integrated campaigns. Include a link to your online portfolio in your resume. Applications submitted without a link to an online portfolio will not be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of experience as a creative in marketing, advertising design
  • B2B experience a must, global experience a plus
  • Corporate marketing environment experience preferable
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical project timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience building branded experiences and campaigns across digital and traditional communications
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (include Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with commercial team members, colleagues and external vendors
  • Excellent communication, pitch, and presentation skills
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Capable of working within and expanding upon corporate brand guidelines
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized
  • Is proactive and has a passion for continuous improvement
