Intralox, LLC is looking for a Manufacturing Data Analyst to advance our position with continuous improvement efforts by creating robust analytical tools and interpreting the data to enable quality and productivity improvements.  This position will report to the Assembly Operations Manager.

  • Support the Assembly Operations Leadership team by developing reports used to manage daily work and achieve company objectives.
  • Develop robust tools to support capacity planning, product scheduling, inventory management, and material flow.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret production trends that enable quality and productivity improvements
  • Support system and data development projects to improve warehousing, shipping, and assembly processes
  • Develop business requirements for meaningful system initiatives
  • Develop enhanced reporting of KPIs
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis as needed
  • Other job duties and special projects as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Computer Science, or relevant field.
  • Demonstrated experience in expert manipulation of data to identify trends and draw accurate conclusions from the data.
  • Successful experience with process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage workload with a high-level of self-management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills & knowledge of Noetix, SAP, SQL.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
  • Highly motivated team player possessing a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • Oracle experience
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Industrial Engineering degree
