Intralox, L.L.C., the world leader in conveyor equipment solutions utilizing modular plastic conveyor belts, is looking for an energetic, self-motivated person to join its Manufacturing Engineering Group (MEG) as an Analyst. This position will be responsible for analysis on strategic projects and empowering business leaders to make data driven decisions. You will report directly to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and work closely with project professionals and cross-functional groups across the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide analytical support to identify the best opportunities for MEG to execute and to help scope those projects. These projects include but are not limited to: new automation, new equipment, value stream optimizations, equipment performance optimizations, and cost down initiatives.  
  • Develop justifications for capital investments. 
  • Develop and report on metrics for MEG and our stakeholders across manufacturing.  
  • Identify Manufacturing process optimizations – continuous improvement focus 
  • Work with Manufacturing and Quality Analyst teams to refine and report on operating metrics
  • Work with Manufacturing Supervisors and Leaders to help them make data driven decisions
  • Labor content analysis and optimization across Injection Molding and Assembly 

Requirements:
  • 3-6 Years’ Experience in Manufacturing, Investment Banking, Consulting or Coding Preferred
  • Business, Engineering or Computer Science Degree Preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including VBA Required; Power BI Experience Preferred 
  • Experience with ERP, specifically Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Preferred; Preference given to those with Warehouse Management, MRP, Advanced Supply Chain Planning experience
  • Self-Starter – does not need to be told what to do once expectations are set 
  • Principled thinking with eye towards simplification and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; works well in a team environment
  • Experience leading diverse teams, including members from global business departments and vendors preferred
