Intralox, L.L.C., a division of Laitram, L.L.C., and a global provider of conveyance solutions and services has an opening for a Maintenance Technician, in the ThermoDrive department, to work on the 1st shift (6:00am – 2:30pm Monday – Friday).  Applicants must be highly motivated, self-managed, and have the ability to work both independently and in a performance-driven team environment.

  • Preventative and predictive maintenance of Production related equipment
  • Troubleshooting and repair as well as recommending/implementing upgrades to production equipment
  • Disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of Production tooling and equipment with a high level of accuracy
  • Maintains all Production, Engineering, and accessory equipment
  • Replacement of tooling components
  • Cleans equipment and keeps work area clean and organized
  • PM and repair of equipment in global assembly locations, less than 10% travel


  •  High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to perform the essential job requirements identified in the Functional Job Description for this position, including the ability to lift 74 pounds
  • Ability to lift and assemble machine components, 74 pound maximum, and stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work overtime and scheduled “on call” when required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals and varying technical ability levels
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic computer skills (proficient with E-mail, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Etc.)
  • Ability to operate machine tools, such as a drill press, bench grinder, band saw
  • High voltage electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge
  • Prior diagnostic and troubleshooting experience
  • Hands-on technical experience with a proven work history
  • Familiarity reading blue prints and schematics
  • Self-managed and motivated individual who can work well within a team environment.
  • Provide and understand the value of excellent customer service

 Desired Qualifications 

  • Associate degree in a manufacturing field or Trade school education.
  • PLC programming and troubleshooting skills.
