The Intralox, L.L.C. Hanover, MD Human Resources team is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist. This position is a partner to Intralox leaders and employees in support of continuous improvement through employee and leadership development.

Responsibilities

  • Support new hire on-boarding delivery and design and work with leaders to support development of training matrices and departmental on-boarding plans.
  • Design and deliver learning content for in-person, virtual and digital formats.
  • Conduct needs analysis to assess, recommend, design, and deliver training to address performance gaps and on-board new team members.
  • Implement evaluation to measure training effectiveness, to include partnering with leadership to ensure training programs are meeting the needs of both employees and management.
  • Assist in ensuring new employees are acclimating to the Company culture and achieving key milestones in their skill development, which includes participating in the on-boarding of new employees.
  • Engage, one on one, with employees to ensure the training program is contributing to a positive work experience.
  • Support other internal learning partners in design, deliver, and training administration as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in learning technology, digital design, communications or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience developing and implementing scalable and valuable learning solutions to a growing and changing workforce.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution and warehousing or transportation industry.
  • Experience with writing, multi-media design and content development across a variety of platforms desired.
  • Self-starter and proven problem solver.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proven critical thinking skills.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools.
  • Advanced MS office skills and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.

Preferred

  • LMS administration experience.
