Intralox is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist Asiapac with a focus on China. This position is a partner to Intralox leaders and employees and supports continuous improvement initiatives which advance talent developmental productivity across the company.

  • Be a champion of our company culture delivering initiatives that strengthen our business philosophy, values, and guiding principles.
  • Support teams in their continuous improvement efforts to advance productivity across APAC and specifically within China.
  • Collaborate with LCI, L&D, and Digital Learning colleagues globally to design and driver training material (online and offline)
  • Facilitate workshop discussions that create a positive work environment and improve teamwork
  • Develop our new hire onboarding experience with simple and effective process improvements and content development 
  • Work closely with managers to accelerate new hire integration and use of onboarding tools to support the achievement of key skill development milestones
  • Assess training needs of different employee groups, measure learning outcomes, and evaluate overall training effectiveness.
  • Engage with external training & development partners on leading L&D methodology and insights
Your Profile:
  • Native Mandarin Chinese and fluent English
  • University education
  • 5+ years in a training and people development role
  • Experience of working closely with commercial teams and/or delivering topics related to company values would be an advantage
  • Experience with e-learning and digital design
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Able to translate abstract concepts into practical application in English
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Inspires trust and relates well to people of varying roles and levels
  • Confident, resilient, and takes initiative
  • Strong planning and organizational skills and habits
