This new global role is for a sharp business-minded candidate with proven ability to strategize and implement high-level programs. The L&D Project & Curriculum Manager will design high level curriculums across commercial business units, regions and markets. This includes developing learning curriculums for commercial onboarding as well as curriculums that help employees build knowledge, skills and talent with engaging blended, interactive learning experiences.

This candidate can be located in New Orleans, LA or Baltimore, MD. That said, there will be a significant amount of time spent in the New Orleans location for onboarding purposes.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in a team responsible for the planning, development and execution of our company-wide Commercial Onboarding & Learning Program.
  • Manage curriculum design projects from conception to execution.
  • Partner in creating a cohesive roadmap including strategy, technology, training and promotion in close cooperation with other stakeholders.
  • Drive the development of global standards, processes and governance structures for the global commercial learning programs.
  • Evaluate and provide recommendations on improving the effectiveness of blended learning for enhanced business impact, scalability and relevance.
  • Define, analyze, and report on program success metrics.
  • Drive best practices standardization across business units and regions.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required, master’s degree in a related field preferred. 
  • 10 years of professional experience in the learning and development field.
  • Knowledge of curriculum development, learning technology, and learning principles.
  • Proven project management skills including planning, prioritizing, managing multiple tasks/projects and delivering results with tight deadlines.
  • Impressive track record of focusing on the needs of the business, working collaboratively, quickly forming a network of relationships, setting and achieving high standards, taking calculated risks, and learning from failure.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity and change.
  • Introspective, excellent communication skills, eager to grow and build skills.
