Intralox LLC has an opening for an Account Manager who will be responsible for continued development and growth of one of our largest end-user partners in the North American Logistics and Material Handling Industry Segment. 

Our patented Activated Roller Belt Solutions have been proven to bring value to End users and System Integrators by reducing overall system costs and/or adding required functionality beyond the capabilities of traditional technology.  The successful candidate must possess strong skills in both technical and commercial aspects of system selling. This includes: qualification of opportunities, funnel management, account and business development as well as a good knowledge of alternative systems/solutions, their functionality and their advantages/disadvantages.

  • Bring value to customers: Consult with key technical buying influences on concepts and MHE layouts to qualify opportunities thoroughly and provide tailor-made recommendations and solutions tuned to their needs
  • Clearly articulate Intralox’s value proposition(s) for each solution offered
  • Identify and initiate contact with the appropriate buying influences within a large, complex organization
  • Identify new opportunities for our solutions and work with internal resources on application development
  • Continuously increase industry knowledge and effectively apply this knowledge to strategy
  • Consistent use of sales tools to maximize selling productivity
  • Prepare timely, accurate and concise reports on industry and customer activities and issues
  • Work closely with a global industry team that leverages best practices across regions


  • Bachelor’s degree required. Higher technical or engineering education combined with business education/MBA a plus
  • 5+ years of successful, content-based technical sales of equipment and systems or application engineering
  • MHE experience in the WDC, Parcel, and Postal industry
  • Knowledge of WDC, Parcel, and Postal conveyor OEM product portfolios
  • Self-motivated, proactive, ambitious, and self-managed
  • Strong, clear and concise communicator, presenter, and public speaker
  • Ability to travel 60%
  • AutoCAD proficiency
  • Ability to multi-task multiple projects; systematic, structured, disciplined to handle high quantity of projects simultaneously
  • Coachable, student mindset, and enthusiastic team player
