Intralox, L.L.C., has a position available for an Import Export Logistics Coordinator who will provide support for internal and external customers, vendors, suppliers, agents, and governmental agencies to ensure the logistics and compliance of shipments.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor all import /export documentation to certify legal compliance and provide import and export administration within governmental rules and regulations.
  • Analyze and determine the most effective logistics provider to be used for shipments and confirm that all import/export cargo moves as scheduled.
  • Work with international freight forwarders, carriers, and brokers to ensure that all shipments reach their final destination on-time and resolving any issues that may arise, including delays resulting from audits and inquiries.
  • Communicate with our Customer Service department and external customers on the status of shipments that are in-transit and provide track and trace of international and domestic shipments
  • Maintain knowledge of all rules and regulations that Intralox must be in compliance with related to the shipment of goods to other countries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Transportation, Marketing, or closely related specialty or a minimum of 3 years of work experience in logistics, international transportation and traffic and import/export
  • Previous customer service experience in the logistics field
  • Strong knowledge of import/export regulations including, HTS classification, valuation, free trade agreement requirements, labeling, and other government agency requirements.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to do multiple tasks and solve problems in a timely manner

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with C-TPAT Supply Chain Security Program and Oracle ERP
